How Can Deep Cleaning and Thermal Scanners Help You?
For the complete antiviral infection protection of your organisation, your school, shop, cafe, restaurant or office you should adopt a 2 step belt and braces approach to dealing with infection protection and prevention. This is because an area that has not been disinfected professionally is a definite risk to health. Equally a disinfected area, 100% clear of any virus or bacteria, is jeopardised by having an infected person enter it. This is why, if you are a responsible organisation, you must insist on the best infection protection.
It will be a relief for you to know that “the best infection protection”, does not mean the most expensive. In the RAF our definition of quality was, “fitness for purpose at minimum cost.”What this means is that a product or system has to do what it is supposed to do and be cost effective.
Here at Cleanse Smart with our background in quality and Health and Safety have designed a solution that will be adequate for most organisations. Great for SMEs, schools, colleges, restaurants, cafes and shops. For larger organisations we can build in extra capacity so you remain as safe as possible. Here is the 2 step infection protection solution:
Antiviral Disinfectant Fogging
This is where an area or areas are treated with a disinfectant to kill off 99.99% of viruses and 99.9999% of bacteria. The disinfectant Cleanse Smart uses contains no chemicals, it is safe for humans, safe for food preparation and safe for the environment. The big plus is that once applied, every surface remains protected against viruses for up to 28 days and bacteria for 10 weeks. This means your organisation saves money by only needing to repeat the fogging treatment once a month.
Contactless Temperature Screening
Now your area has been disinfected we need to ensure no infected people enter.
The Cleanse Smart tripod mounted thermal camera allows you to measure the temperature of human skin and is therefore effective when the body temperature increases for instance due to virus infection. The average body temperature on the skin surface of a healthy human is in the range of approximately 35.8°C to 37°C.
If the temperature exceeds 37°C, it may be as the result of an overheating of the body or a defensive reaction of the immune system to an infection (such as Covid19). Here the surface temperature can rise up to 4°C, ie. to 41°C.
The Properties of the camera system are:
Real-time body temperature measurement
Thermal resolution 160×120
Temperature measuring range 30º ~ 45ºC
Detection distance 1 ~ 1.5m
Warning light in case of high temperature
Display resolution 320×240

In order to maximise infection protection for your business, there are 5 steps you can take::
Carry out an audit to verify the frequently used touch points and then using an effective general purpose disinfectant cleaner, have these cleaned on a regular basis.
Once a month carry out a thorough deep clean, (fogging).
Every time someone enters the building you must confirm, with a specialised body temperature scanner, that they do not have a temperature, which would indicate a possible infection.
Separate people by using screens where possible, the use of face coverings, limit face to face contact to a maximum of 15 minutes and ensure people keep at least 1.5 metres apart.
Have effective alcohol free hand sanitisers available throughout.
Covid Secure isn’t a phrase we like to use, as it can give people a false sense of security. No one can 100% guarantee that premises are covid secure, as all it takes is one unknowingly infected person to enter.
However, by having a covid action plan in place, you will be doing your very best to minimise the risk faced by your business. you will also be giving your staff and customers extra confidence that your have their safety at the forefront of your thinking.
